We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all training plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

- Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Digital Products: Refunds apply to digital training plans delivered via email
- No Questions Asked: We don't require detailed explanations, but feedback helps us improve
4. Refund Process
4.1 Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution
4.3 Notification
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- After 14 Days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Promotional Content: Free resources, blog articles, or promotional materials
- Third-Party Charges: Bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processor fees are non-refundable
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback, you forfeit your right to a standard refund
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion:
- If you've used a significant portion of the training plan
- If the refund request is made close to the 14-day deadline
- In cases where a technical issue affected only part of your experience
7. Exchanges and Plan Changes
If you purchased a training plan that doesn't match your needs, we're happy to help:
- Plan Exchange: Switch to a different training plan within 14 days at no additional cost
- Level Adjustment: If you selected the wrong difficulty level, we can adjust your plan
- Custom Solutions: Contact us to discuss custom training solutions

8. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems receiving or accessing your training plan:

- If we cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund
- Technical issues do not count toward the 14-day refund period
9. Subscription Services
If we offer subscription-based services in the future:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access: You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No Refund After Use: Once a monthly/annual subscription period begins, that period is non-refundable
Note: Currently, EternaClimb offers one-time training plan purchases, not subscriptions.
10. Disputed Charges
If you see an unexpected charge from EternaClimb:

- Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us
- Chargebacks result in additional fees and may affect your access to our services
- We will work with you to resolve any billing discrepancies
11. Currency and Payment Processor Fees
Please note:
- Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are non-refundable
- Payment processor fees (Stripe) may be deducted from refunds
- International transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer
