In my 15 years of climbing, I've had more than a few injuries. Life constantly interfered with training plans, forcing me to start over again and again, and exhausting sessions without structure turned into chaos: no progress, new pains, and motivation dropping to almost zero.
Over time, it becomes clear that to truly understand how the body works and how to build training that leads to results instead of injuries, you need not hundreds — but thousands of hours of theory and practice. And most people are not required (and don't want) to walk this path from scratch.
That's how the idea for EternaClimb was born.
