A structured training system that helps stuck climbers break through plateaus and keep unlocking new grades.
Your coach builds your plan within 48-72 hours.
Built by Alex Voit - climbing coach, 16 years, 21,400 climbers through his gym

Our principle
We train you as one body, not a list of parts. The plan pushes the system that is holding your grade back and keeps the others in shape - so you gain in one place without losing ground in another.
Everyone climbs the first part of this curve. Then the easy gains run out - and the difference between the two lines is structure, not effort.
Step 1
A full assessment across the five systems, turned into your climbing profile. It names the one that is actually holding the grade.
Step 2
A full cycle runs 18 weeks - enough for the body to take the load, recover between the hard weeks, and actually get stronger. The length changes when your goal or your season asks for it.
Step 3
A coach signs the plan off before it starts. From there it keeps adjusting to what you complete and how the sessions actually go.
Step 4
The next cycle picks up where the last one ended, with new dates if you need them. Pull, push, core, legs, fingers - every exercise has a ladder to move along.

Next step
A few minutes of questions - your climbing and physical level, so the weak spots show up, plus your schedule, your goals and your gear. Everything your coach needs to build the plan personally for you. It reaches you within 48-72 hours.
Find my weak link“For almost two years I was stuck at 6b/6b+. At some point it stopped being about strength - the grade turned into a barrier in my head, and that drained my motivation more than any hard move ever did. After the first full training cycle I sent my first few 6c routes. A few, not one - so I know it wasn't luck. There's more in me and I want to keep going. Feeling that I'm moving forward again means a lot. Thank you, Alex, and thank you for building this.”
